I recommend buying a bodybuilding book to guide you in the proccess it will be money well spent because it will prevent injuries and it will benefit you in the future. Some people have been working months or even years in order to build their dream body, but some of them are not happy with what they have achieved, some of them have grown slowly and made small gains to their muscle mass and could have gotten more results for their time if they have had known the rules of bodybuilding.There are many rules to follow but the main things are nutrition, exercise and supplements.
